We’ve co-fermented a kettle sour with real coconut flakes in the mash and pineapple juice in secondary ferment.It’s a tropical getaway of zippy juice flavours and a strong sour finish. The coconut flavours through the middle are revitalising and balance the acidity of the sour. The sweet and sour finish brings balance and drinkability.
