This beer is a collaboration with our friend Marco Valeriani, head brewer and founder of Alder Beer Co. from northern Italy.It is a Double IPA featuring Citra and Mosaic in massive amounts, with a touch of Ekuanot and Amarillo as a supporting role in dry-hopping. By far the highest hopping rates ever used in a single brew here at Slowburn. The low flocculating english strain that fermented this beer contributes with notes of stone fruit and a round mouthfeel, balancing out the very high bitterness.
