Motueka / Citra / SimcoeBrewing deadlines rapidly approaching and a trial yeast strain from Mogwai Labs we hadn't worked with before. What do you do?Send It, and what a cracker strain this has turned out to be. Load it up with some of our favourite hops and release it into the wild. Each month we'll be trialling a new hazy yeast strain with the help of Josh from Mogwai Cultures looking to find what will become our house yeast. Join us, it's gonna be a trip.
