Bocce Pils

Bocce Pils is not your average pilsner. We brewed this like a traditional lager, but then used a new experimental lager yeast and dry hopped with BC grown Sterling hops. The result is a very fruit forward beer, with hints of papaya, lychee, citrus and thyme.
