?!?!HOPPY PILSNER?!?!When we visited Los Angeles recently, we discovered that currently the hot beer style ruling the west coast craft beer scene is hoppy pilsner.We tasted so many delicious versions of this style, but BY FAR the best one was Timbo Pils by Highland Park Brewery (please check them out, they are killing it)!Brewed with Dingemans Pilsner & Simpsons Golden Promise malt, juicy Citra & Simcoe hops, and a German Lager yeast strain: Park Life!
