A tart, acidic take on a French saison with a colorful twist provided by the addition of butterfly pea flower tea from The Tea Girl adding an earthy, slighty fruity and sweet note as well as a turning the beer a vibrant violet color. Expect notes of grape, and lemon rounded out by classic saison notes of white pepper and ginger.
