Icebreaker is a bright West Coast IPA brewed with Amarillo and superstar Cryo Hops Idaho 7 and Mosaic. This hop product is processed at freezing temperatures to extract juicy flavours of ripe apricot, pineapple and lemon peel. Taking a lean and, pale malt base we then double dry hopped adding a lush tropical aroma to create a modern IPA bursting with vibrant flavours supported by a crisp, assertive bitterness.
