This fine German style retains all the familiar flavours of a traditional hefe weissen but removes much of the hefe to leave a drink that is cleaner and crisper than its famous cousin. Pours an inviting gold, releasing sweet banana and bubble gum notes over gentle clove. In the mouth it starts sweet and bready before rounding to a spicy, bitter refreshing close.
