Описание
A beer style made famous in the early 1800's in Berlin, this tart, acidic wheat ale was often referred to as "The Champagne of the North" for its bright carbonation. In keeping with tradition, our version is offered with locally-made syrups - one a modern take on earthy, herbal Woodruff Syrup and the other a Sweetened Raspberry and Sage Syrup - both of which tone down the lactic sourness in their own way. A big thank you to our pals at Baltimore's Cane Collective for their work on crafting the syrups!
