Caledonia is an Imperial Stout Aged in Copper Fox Peachwood American Single Malt Whisky Barrels with Marshmallows, Cacao Nibs & Graham Crackers. Inspired by s'mores done right over a campfire, the initial aroma of peachwood smoke will have you reminiscing about camping with friends. Following up on the nose and palate are notes of milk chocolate, toasted marshmallow, graham cracker, vanilla, caramel, & light smoke.
