Soak up the nostalgic feels of a properly bitter, citrusy and clear West Coast IPA. We brewed this beer and also made a naturally lacto-fermented hot sauce to pair with it, in collaboration with our old mates from The Village Pickle on the Sunny Coast! The way things are meant to be; like old times.
