American-style wheat beer, made with 70% barley malt and 30% wheat malt, light-bodied, with subtle bitterness and sweet aroma. This beer was created in March 2020, during the lockdown of the pandemic, when the heat of the islands reaches 32°C and can only be quenched with a refreshing wheat beer.
