Blended from a variety of barrels filled over the 2019-2021 brewing seasons, Sonata was refermented on 920 pounds (5 lbs per gallon) of New York-grown Montmorency cherries. More than any other fruit, there is a deep and storied tradition of tart cherries in spontaneous beer - and for good reason. We’re proud to share Sonata as our first Kriek-inspired beer.
