We've brewed our house red ale using a Kolsch yeast for touch of bramble patch. Leafy herbal character and subtle dark berry note play off the more traditional caramel, biscuit and chocolate notes.Aroma: Toffee, Batch toast, BlackberryPalate: Dry Caramel, Rich Tea, Roast malt and a herbal retro-nasal finish.
