Amber bock brewed with Pilsner, Munich, Caramunich, Carafoam, Vienna & a small amount of Carafa Special III added during the sparge for color. Fermented with our house lager strain until terminal. Large amount of first wort hopping of noble hops for the perfect amount of bitterness to compliment the malt forward flavors.
