Foraging Series - 2020 Harvest. Released on Dandelion Day (31 Jul 2021) a summer celebration in conjunction with the release our annual dandelion ale.It tastes like a fresh wildflower field. Bold floral notes and complex earthy undertones. It's made with a huge addition of wild harvested dandelions and local honey. It's aged for over a year and bottle conditioned for 6 months. Served in beautiful 750ml bottles dipped in beeswax. It's wonderful.
