Pausa was made for those who want to take a breath, appreciate life and enjoy every moment spent with friends and family. A clean, easy drinking lager made using Italian Malt and Slovenian Hops, Pausa is an ode to the Old World pace of life that is often sacrificed in favour of the “Modern Hustle”. We made this beer in collaboration with Tre Mari Bakery, a Toronto institution that has been bringing classic Italian cuisine and an Old World sensibility to the Corso Italia neighborhood (and beyond) since 1960.
