A mega complex malt bill full of roasty goodies, late molasses in the boil and then we go all spice rack on it in the fermenter with freshly toasted Foeniculum seeds aka ‘fennel’ and a handful of cinnamon sticks. Think mid-winter liquorish, mulled wine, herby ‘Christmas’ beer. Ho ho ho…where’s my sleigh? Another slow-sipping bomb track from the archive. Share with care.
