Heavily wheated imperial stout aged for 13 months in a Four Roses barrel. We added cacao nibs to enhance the chocolate notes from the base beer before packaging. Loads of chocolate and barrel on the nose. The beer finishes velvety smooth with a warmth and booze from the barrel.
