This West Coast style IPA is acollaboration with ForeLand Beer out ofMcMinnville, OR. Both breweries wantedto try out the new Phantasm powder,produced from the skins of MarlboroughSauvignon Blanc grapes from NewZealand. They also got to test outSuperbloom, a designer yeast fromBerkeley Labs that produces terpenesduring fermentation. Phantasmic!
