Beach Swell, our 6.6% IPA, is the little brother to Wind Swell – our all Mosaic Imperial IPA. We brewed this one with a blend of Two-Row, Golden Promise, honey malt, wheat, and oats. We then hopped it in the whirlpool with Mosaic and dry hopped with more Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Lupomax. The end result is an incredible IPA loaded with all the tropical fruit and citrus flavors and aromas you’d expect from Wind Swell. The perfect beer to sip on as we enjoy local summer here on the Jersey coast.
