Instead, we threw in some oats and wheat for increased haziness!Combine this with the hop cocktail of Simcoe, Idaho Gem and Strata and lager yeast. Then the beer rest (also Uuno knew rest is vital) long enough and emptybrook is what you get. Extra hoppy and hazy lager!
