THE NEW STYLECollaboration with Yeastie BoysIPA brewed with jasmine green tea and Chong Sake yeast.6,3% Alc. by vol.________________________JK from Yeastie Boys came to Stavangerto brew up a modern day beer with ayeasty twist. We decided to go for somethinga bit different with using Sakeyeast, which is known for its fruity estersprofile.We mashed this one with a bit of rice andfl aked barley to give it a light texture andkeep some eastern style, as well as dryhopping it with Jasmine green tea and agenerous amount of Enigma and Galaxyhops.
