Super happy to announce our official anniversary beer release recipe this year!We took the opportunity to showcase a new hop from our growing partner at Segal Ranch they've been developing called Zumo. Having evaluated this variety for the last couple years during our farm visits it has finally been propagated to commercially available yields and we were able to get our hands on just one box of it! Zumo brings bright lime and citrus to the party which we support with Segal Ranch grown Cascade and a good dose of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo.Light, bright, and hoppy, expect swirling notes of bright citrus, lime zest, soft floral notes of geranium, berry, and dankness from our Mosaic.
