A New England style IPA with a grain bill heavily based on protein adjuncts, fermented warm with a kveik yeast which lends a fruity nose to remind you of peaches and nectarines. Citra and Sabro hops give this beer a tropical hoppy character, with a bit of Simcoe in the mix to balance.
