L'Ultima Luna (Special Edtion 60 Months)

The Ultima Luna is a Barley Wine aged in Amarone barrels, filled only for 2/3 of their volume, in such a way as to favor the oxidation of beer with air (homage to the oxidized wines of Andalusia). The beer usually ages at least 24 months, up to 48 months, but for the 11 years of the Brewery a special edition has been produced for 60 months, enclosed in an unprecedented 75 cl bottle. What fascinates in this beer is the exceptional complexity of the tertiary aromas (leather, madeira, dried fruit, dried fruit, cocoa, wood, toasted almond) given by oxidation.
