This American style Barley Wine is the last beer to be brewed at the new brewery in the Meat Packing District, Copenhagen, and the 2nd in the line of vintage Barley Wines. It is brewed with heaps of hops to give a delicate bitterness and sprinkle of caramel malts to give its beautiful copper colour. We added some belgian candy sugar to impact a big of warmth and browned sugar.
