Layers of Time is a 5.5% Baby IPA brewed with barley, spelt, and wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Galaxy and Cascade, and dry hopped with more Galaxy and some Citra.Notes of Peeling quite ripe clementines, sugary grapefruit breakfast bowls, rare white toast, a couple cantaloupe wedges, and an enjoyable alcohol percentage.
