We're Going On A Bear Hunt! (lime)

For this beer we decided to go on a hunt of our own and pick out some beers to blend together with the idea being to take the same base blend and split it three ways. We found a 2 year old funky saison that we thought blended very well with a young sour so we decided this would make a nice base to play with some secondary ingredients. Each version is a single one-off 20L keg. This version features black limes and ginger! Black limes are dehydrated limes and bring a concentrated candy-like lime note to this beer.
