Lyra is a golden ale that was fermented with a Brettanomyces yeast culture for 20 months - spending half of that time conditioning on succulent Spanish nectarines. The result is a beer that’s super light and refreshing, with a delicate sourness, tangy juiciness and a touch of pollen-like sweetness.
