This was originally intended to be a West Coast IPA, but the heavy dry hopping shifted it away from that style—it's closer to a New England IPA.Packed with heaps (and I mean heaps) of hops, this seasonable dark, dank IPA won’t be around for long. Back to the drawing board for my West Coast brew.
