BUDDY HOLLY

We've been loving our West Coast Pales and IPAs here this year, bringing back memories of the beers that inspired us to start our brewing journey over 10 years ago. The mix of bright 'C' hop aroma and flavour along with decent bitterness and a crisp dry finish really did it for us, and still does! This one is given a little new age hop twist with a big old dry hop with the unrivalled combo of Citra and Mosaic.
