Horchata Latte

We got together with one of our favorite friends from right here in Ohio - Jackie O's in Athens - to make this deliciously sweet treat. We brewed an imperial porter with loads of oats, crystal malts and chocolate malts. Then we took Jackie O's horchata treatment of tiger nuts, almonds, vanilla, ceylon and saigon cinnamons and then added some locally roasted Mexican origin coffee from Luckmann Coffee. We were left with a delightful blend of nutty sweetness, lightly roasted coffee, and rich vanilla/chocolate/cinnamon.
