Ruby red ESB, Maris Otter base malt with a blend of Wheat, Crystal and Chocolate malt making up 18% of the grist. Three different hot-side hop additions of East Kent Goldings, Olicana and Jester for balanced fruity notes to go along with the solid malt base.
