A California inspired pastry Stout conditioned on MASSIVE amounts of Roasted Piemonte hazelnuts from Italy and a sprinkle of Givrée Vanilla Beans from Uganda.After a long mash we split the wort in two and boiled one half for several hours over open fire to maximize the Maillard reaction and creating the thickest caramelized malt syrup you can dream of, which has given the beer a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with deep notes of caramel, milk chocolate and toffee.A tribute beer to Tidensfarvers 7 years birthday and the guy behind it all - Martin Kruetzfeldt.
