Alright, welcome to round 3 of Daily Grind. We've heard, learned and adjusted. Version 1# and 2# were in some aspects similar yet very different.Now it's time to take a new turn and explore new horizons, this time we bring you a lower roast stout, higher on caramel backbone. To achieve this we're applying same technique as for our Imperial Stouts but in a smaller package, this means more grain, less efficiency but all the flavors we want to highlight.Not only the recipe and technique changed, coffee changed too, this time we went with a higher roasted coffee bean to enhance and compliment the malt profile.
