First beer to be commercial released from the Epic Taproom Brewery. An American style Pale Ale, using Centennial, Mosaic and Simcoe. Used as a calibration beer to see how well the Braumeister500 performs with this style of beer. The special thing about the beers brewed here is that we are using the water from the Onehunga Spring. This water is unique as it is from a single source (most of Aucklands water is blended, plus they do not add fluoride to the spring water.
