For the 30th anniversary of the legendary beer bar ‘ In de Wildeman’ we created a Mild Ale. For this malt forward slobberbier we used several toasted and caramelized malts. Fermented with a moderately attenuating English Ale yeast strain for some residual sweetness and lightly hopped with East Kent Goldings.
