A collaboration with Nahat Coffee in celebration of White Night Tel Aviv 2022. Unlike its dark sister which traditionally gets its black-like color and distinct bitterness and roasting flavors from dark roasted barley, our White Stout is a light colored beer with surprisingly similar bitterness and roasting flavors, this time not coming from barley, but from the addition of cold brewed coffee added to it. The Brazilian Santa Colomba variety coffee beans were paired with the beer by the Nahat coffee professionals. Oak wood chips we added give a final round touch. A proud Tel-Avivian collab!
