Amber aged in second fill Madeira and blended back with amber aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months.Full on forest gateau on the nose / soft marzipan / hints American & French oak / toffee and yip it's there...Candied nuts! Medium body, round silky mouthfeel with a light carb. Autumnal beauty.
