Yee-Haw Yuzu! To round off the Merri Masher's annual IPA competition, we got to re-brew this year's winning beer with the help of homebrewer Zac Walsh - a Texan IPA with Yuzu. What makes up this Royal Flush? A robust malt-profile, an all-American hop combo of Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial and a zippy addition of Yuzu. Hootenanny anyone?
