A beer developed to showcase the Sabro hop in all its glory. There are waves of stone fruit (think peach / nectarine) tropical fruit (pawpaw / melon) all rounded out by a distinct coconut cream note. A true standout hop that can impart unique flavours especially on a clean malt base like in this blonde beer.The beer was hop-bursted meaning all the hopping occurred at the end of the boil, keeping bitterness in check but also developing dense, almost overripe fruit flavours from the Sabro hop variety.
