Our 2nd orchard reserve, is made with apples from a single one of our orchard blocks. Using Hooneycrisp, Granny Smith, and Jonagolds. Then adding the pollinator trees (manchurian crab apples) to add tannin. Creates this sophisticated modern dry cider.
