Sloe Beer

The sloes used in this beer were picked by Russell, a friend from early on in our journey. The day after they were picked they arrived with us and we carried out a carbonic maceration on the fruit before we added beer from a single barrel.You'll find intense aromas of marzipan and sharp, juicy hedgerow berries. High acidity and sloe skin tannins complement the bold fruitiness with woody notes, vanilla and almond rounding off a lingering finish.Drink this one fresh or age to see where the funk takes it!Bottling Date: 29/08/23
