This raspberry and Blueberry gose is inspired by Drottningsylt (the Queen's Jam) popular here in Sweden.The brainchild of Tina, our Front of house manager ,who's main job is to serve beer and be director of vibes. But now "She's a brewer"This is to promote and celebrate "International womens day" and is officially released on the 8th of MarchObviously raspberry, blueberry, but the gentle salt and coriander is there, but not too in your face. Maybe Tina brews everything from now on.
