Luminaire is a saison aged on chardonnay skins w/ gooseberries and pearsSubtle white wine character due to ageing on spent chardonnay skins, kindly provided by Freedom of the Press winery based in the Cotswolds. Clean and crisp in both appearance and flavour, this beer has restrained yeast expression, delicate earthy tones and notes of both fresh gooseberry and ripe orchard fruits.
