Hostel California – 4.5% is a lovely Hazy Session Ipa hopped with Super Sauvin and Mega Motueka. The Hop Unlock yeast that we've used helps open up the thiols and aroma in this lovely Session Ipa.It's a beer made in collaboration with Seagrove Public.
