Saison Ale Made w/ Merlot Grape, Black Currant, & Pink Guava.Summer is just around the corner and the only logical way to keep cool, is to stay spritzy. We cooked up a fun little low alcohol fruit beer using a trio of fresh black currant, pink guava, and merlot grape juices, which was then fermented with a highly expressive yeast strain producing flavors of honeydew melon, strawberry, and sunshine. A high carbonation, and touch of acidity helps bring big smiles and happy times to the upcoming hot days.
