We have a new iteration in our experimental dHop series today that focuses on Sultana. dHop 28 starts with flaked oats and white wheat for a soft base before we hopped it with Sultana for the first time. We also added some support from Citra and Galaxy. Sultana grows as a big hop cone in the fields and is known for a huge flavor profile of pineapple, citrus, and pine.dHop 28 pours vibrant yellow with aromas and flavors of bright pineapple, navel orange, pine, passionfruit, and fresh cut grass. This beer taste like it smells with hints of honey dew melon and a nice pointed bitterness to bring you to the next sip.
