Willett (S05)

Описание

For our eight anniversary we wanted to bring back some single barrel showcases of the streams that make up our barrel aged stout program. This is 1 of the 3 barrels that make up the blend known as “Streams,” presented on its own, unblended. This beer is our S05 stream of stout. This beer is our S05 stream of stout. It is fermented with a neutral yeast strain and as such presents the most naked, and neutral representation of our stout recipe. Technically speaking, we think of this as our base, base stout, so to speak. It was aged in Willett bourbon barrels for 26 months.Willett is one of our favorite barrels to age stout in. We think this beer is a great example of why we love it so much.
